Privacy policy
This notice describes the current website. Last updated: 21 September 2026.
Who operates this site
worththecals is an independent project by Felix Macaspac for people looking up Philippine restaurant calorie information. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@felixmacaspac.dev. Learn more on our about and contact page.
Searches and calculator inputs
Menu searches, comparisons, and calculator inputs are processed in your browser. The current app does not send your height, weight, age, or calculator results to a database or analytics service. Inputs reset when the page is reloaded. Do not submit another person's private information.
Technical requests and third parties
Loading the website sends technical information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to the hosting infrastructure. Infrastructure providers may process this information to deliver and secure the website under their own retention and security practices. We are confirming the production hosting details before launch.
Opening an external source, such as Instagram or a restaurant website, takes you to a separate service with its own privacy policy. We do not control that service.
Contact messages
If you contact Felix, the information you choose to send will be used to respond, investigate corrections, and maintain necessary correspondence. Avoid sharing sensitive health or identity information. Contact hello@felixmacaspac.dev for questions about your correspondence. Email retention arrangements are being finalized before launch.
Cookies, analytics, and ads
The current app has no advertising scripts or visitor analytics installed. See the cookie and local-storage notice. If tracking or ads are introduced, this notice and any necessary choices must be updated before they are enabled.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the applicable circumstances, Philippine data-protection law provides rights concerning information, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, and complaints. Contact the operator for requests involving personal information held by the project. You can also contact the National Privacy Commission.
